1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us before placing your order and we’ll confirm.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 3 PM are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your city:

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 10,000. Orders below that are charged a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200, calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Our Courier Partners

We ship using TCS, Leopards Courier and PostEx. The courier used may vary depending on your city and the item ordered.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking update by SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow its progress and know when to expect the delivery rider.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders, nationwide. Please have the exact order amount ready for our delivery rider, and make sure your phone is reachable in case the courier needs to confirm your address before arriving.

8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because you weren’t available, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule. If an order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.

9. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually update it before the order is dispatched, but not after it has left for delivery.
