These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Orvion Express website and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order with the consent of a parent or guardian, to shop on this website.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep product information, images and pricing accurate, but occasional errors can happen — if we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you before proceeding, and you can choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Product photos are for illustration; actual colour or packaging may vary slightly.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, repeated failed Cash on Delivery attempts, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll issue a full refund.

5. Payment Methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (with a small advance payable via EasyPaisa or JazzCash to confirm the order), and full bank deposit via Allied Bank. Cash on Delivery orders are paid directly to our delivery rider at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes, charges and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, and product warranty claims according to our Warranty Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Orvion Express name and logo, product photos, descriptions and site design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or to place fraudulent orders.
• Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or normal operation.
• Copy, scrape or resell content or product data from the site without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orvion Express is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased from us, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Continuing to use the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
