At Orvion Express, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible Return Reasons
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product — An unboxing video is required as proof
- Missing item(s) — Item not included in the parcel
- Wrong product received — Item does not match what was ordered
Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
- No unboxing video provided for damage claims
- Return request submitted after 48 hours
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Parcel Rejection Policy
If you refuse to accept a parcel without a valid reason, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us before rejecting any delivery.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- An unboxing video (required for damage/defect claims)
