At Orvion Express, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
If you refuse to accept a parcel without a valid reason, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us before rejecting any delivery.
