Shipping Coverage
We ship nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Major cities — 2–4 working days
- Remote areas — 4–7 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The exact amount will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your parcel through our courier partner’s website.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. Orvion Express is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please record an unboxing video before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
Parcel Refusal
Refusing a parcel without a valid reason will result in return shipping costs being deducted from any applicable refund. Please contact us before refusing any delivery.
