Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unexpected circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details

  • Occasionally, we may offer Free Delivery Promotions for limited periods

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan for eligible orders.

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery

  • Please record an unboxing video

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours

  • Share complete evidence for claim verification
